About the details

From 8 to 14 September 2019 we travel through China with a selected group of 10-12 retailers. We will explore local markets of Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing and/or Shanghai and learn from innovative retail and technology companies.

The three main purposes to join the tour:

  • Explore the Chinese market in five days and get inspired for potential expansion opportunities;
  • Learn from inspiring company visits and retail concepts in a selected group of retail professionals;
  • Get the chance to expand your business network with valuable connections.

This tour is especially organized for senior retail executives*. The total price of the tour is € 5.500. This price is all inclusive and includes:

  • Hotel (five nights incl. breakfast, 4/5 stars)

  • Restaurants (lunch/dinner/drinks according to ‘normal use’)
  • Entertainment

Price does not include: flight tickets, visa, snacks, tips, food and drinks at airports, and activities that are booked outside of the program.

Adyen was founded in 2006 by a group of entrepreneurs, including Pieter van der Does and Arnout Schuijff. The existing payments technology consisted of a patchwork of systems built on outdated infrastructure.
